Water Softner Problem?

    I want to start growing but my water is treated by a water softner that uses salt. Is there a way to filter my water so i can use it to water my plants? Or would i need to start catching rain water. I will growing in a grow box inside my house.

    if you buy Potassium Chloride for your softner you wont have a problem...infact your plants will luv you....but Dont use sodium chloride it will kill your plants for sure. Potassium is more money, but its the only way to go with a softener and growing, do a google and you will see the different in salts
