One of my friends that always had the best dank in town got his house raided and he's in jail. He wasn't even that big of a dealer he was picking up a couple zips here and there but there were dogs and a warrant and everything. They found nothing but a few bowls and some (he was dry at the time) but I guess he had sold to undercovers a few times. It was a sad day when it happened he's in jail now for maybe up to 9 months for probation violations or some shit. :(

Do you think he was Detained because he was parolee or raided because he was in violation of probation or parole and not under investigation for drugs... your "IDK someshit" dont tell the whole story. While its uncool he was arrested. I had freinds be on probation and deal drugs and never get caught only cause they reported as told to do so.
Piss test is different subject on the other hand nobody I know that was on probation was ever rearrested for weed in their urine. Unless it was state supervised. Even then one dude I know was hot for weed on a state his po told him as long as he didnt see anything else he really didnt care.

I agree. It sucks that your buddy went down; noone should lose freedom for weed.

However, its interesting that he was arrested. Its foolish to be dealing on probation, and its STRAIGHT UP DUMB to be slanging to people you don't know.

Anyway, most US jurisdictions don't throw you in the slammer for a first offense, non-violent marijuana crime. The probation is their way of saying "time to get a real job." Its a good hint.

Again, sorry about your buddy, but sometimes a little brains goes a long way.

Yeah, unless you don't really mind jail then it isn't smart to sell to people you don't know.

Yeah he was pretty sloppy about it I mean he was selling pretty much to support his own drug habits as well as alcohol. I know he was raided for dealing there were dogs and I don't think they'd have dogs to sniff out a person in his own house. I don't know all the details though I haven't talked to him or anything. It was real gay I called his phone the night he got arrested and a detective picked up and told me he was in jail and asked who he was speaking with. That's how I found out he got busted it was pretty lame.

they use K9's for more than just drug sniffing, also for the apprehension of suspects.

do you have a private number? if he had a cell phone your # came up on his phone. Cops now have your number..

Track it down and charge you with conspiracy, After of course placing you under investigation. As you said they were watching him.. So now they move around and round up the rest of his merry men.. Im being sarcastic. But it can happen.
