i'm trying to lose some weight, but the problem is that since i smoke daily i always have to deal with the munchies. any advice on stifiling the munchies, or at least ignoring them better? thanks...
i think there was a thread like this already, if you wanna search, but if you get munchies, snack on some good foods like fruits and veggies. or eat a meal (healthy one) before you smoke, so then the munchies won't affect you as bad.
Hard candy, I find that its not really a hunger but more of a wanting something tasty in your mouth (in a non dirty way). I find if I get some jolly ranchers or some other kind of hard candy that takes a while to dissolve it does the trick.
lawl. sorry had to laugh. i always try to eat as healthy as i can. veggies are always good. and fruits with yogurt are amazing as well.
Milk and a bit of sugar will digest well in the tummy. Haha, and you're supposed to be stoned, babe! How about finding something to obsessively pick at for the next hour?
man, were in like complete opposite boats here. when i dont smoke, i dont have much of an appetite. so i smoke to get the munchies, and when i do, i eat like a madman
i wish i dident get the munchies its about the only part i dislike about bud because i eat so much then when my stomach is like totally full i still wana eat ,yesterday i was trying to eat something good for munchies instead of liek chips and i had like half a pineapple and a big bowl of grapes it was pretty good try eating fruit or somthing healthy with low fat
my metabolism is fast as hell so I don't have to worry about munching out. I can devour a medium pizza and not gain a pound. Despite my rapid metabolism I still like to eat apples, oranges, grapes and granola bars when I'm blazed. Slurpees are also really good since they may be sugary but they take a long time to drink and you will be too busy with your slurpee to eat anything else.
i use the munchies to my advantage. i will grab a bag of lettuce from the fridge and go into my room with it, smoke up, and eat like crazy. if you just have healthy foods around you won't be tempted to eat unhealthy food. i have gone through an entire 1 pound bag of lettuce before in only 1 night. it was crazzzzy
I say eat a proper meal when your high, Like a sandwhich or something, instead of munching chips/candy/other garbage food.
I'd quit smoking weed. You will always eventually give in to the munchies and eat everything in sight.
id say just eat a regular sandwhich or focuss on healthy foods instead. Me on the other hand i smoke to get the munchies because as some one said before i to dont have much of an appetite when sober so when im high i eat alot! Like i just settled my munchies with a twix ice cream bar, Penut M&MS, Sunkist, And a Steak Sub with cheeze it was GREAT!
Drinking water till your full would be terrible. Just overcome it. I can. I just think of how i really dont need to and im coming off as a slob. Maybe try some gum.
