Yea, you can't expect the courts to do anything but persecute an LSD user. I'd recommend just refusing to go to rehab, but only if you're willing to deal with the consequences of taking a stand for common sense and justice.
If I refuse they will probably send me to jail. Im going to try my very best to fight it but I doubt I will get far.
There's so much ignorance regarding this substance. It's very unfortunate, but I'd think any scheduled substance found in a prober is considered "just cause" for rehab. I think due to its spiritual nature and the excitement which surrounds this drug by its users, it's often forgotten how this drug is viewed by our government: A highly potent chemical that produces states of derangement. This chemical is considered to have no value whatsoever except to produce delirium in the eyes of Uncle Sam.
Wouldn't cocaine and amphetamine be in the same class? I thought the 5th one was benzos or barbituates. Thats really weird though that someone failed for lsd, maybe they were suspicious you were taking it and specially tested for it.
No, because if it tested positive equally for both substances, you could have a perscription to ritalin or the like, and be blowing lines of cocaine and getting away with it. Those are the standard 5, trust me I know what Im talking about with the legal system and drug tests. pr0ne all I can say man, is that if LSD taught you anything, it should teach you that life is nothing more than a drama from us to either get attached to or to watch go by. Just deal with it bro, it sucks but arent you also under 18? I've been to jail but never rehab, but fuck man Id take rehab any fucking day. Do you have any kids? Or your own home/apartment? Shit is much harder to deal with when you lose everything that matters to you. How many years do you have left? Seriously man, just do the rehab, act like you care and let them believe you want to change your life and before you know it youll be free.
I am a very positive person and I would usualy not care alot about going to rehab. But at the moment I am so deeply in love with the most wonderful girl I have ever met in my life. Its hard enough to be away from her for 3 days, so rehab is not going to be easy for the both of us.
I understand friend Being seperated from a loved one is difficult, but not the end of the world. How long would you be staying at this joint?
I dont know yet. It could be a minimum of three months. I do know that absence makes the heart grow fonder though . But still, its going to suck.
Think of it in that light and you will only grow stronger. God's will is without explanation, always. Namaste
Relayer, this is completely off topic but I didn't want to post a new thread: are you a big fan of The Holy Mountain as well?
Sorry to hear this is happening to you. You know you'll go thru everything that life throws at you as you have gone thru many things before. You just have a choice here, are you going to go thru it easy or hard way. That will pass too.
One of the biggest, I think  haha I was watching it last night, and my girlfriend fell in love with the movie, and just at the 2nd theif's backstory with Don Cherry playing, the dvd got all jazzed up
Fuck dude. It's like an LSD experience on film (I think that was what was intended??--may be wrong)! The soundtrack with Don Cherry is so fucking amazing, I have a copy of it on my computer and I listen to the Tarot scene song so fucking much. Fuck DVD's, man. Always messin up everybody's good time. Best movie of all time IMHO! I've only seen El Topo once and a few clips of his other films, but they're equally amazing it seems.
El Topo is my shit right there, the story is a few more lightyears away from being accessible and emotionaly pertinent to the majority of the human race, even most acid heads I doubt would be able to grasp even 5% of the film, other than the violence  But Don Cherry is BY FAR my favorite artist of all time, his albums Blue Lake, Orient, Relativity Suite (which THM soundtrack is from) and the like are brilliant. Quite honestly I think he was the latest Christlike figure, his message was taught through music Glad to meet another fan!
btw that tarot scene, where Don Cherry's music is played (the second one with the sax and piano) is the second half of the same song that plays when the theif ascends the chimney tower (the Om and the chimes), which is I believe the first track on the Relativity Suite album. It's called Tantra something (I forget the full name, but the quote before the chimes is whats in my sig  ) You NEED to hear the full song, the movie doesnt even put in the most beautiful and psychedelic part, the middle, in my opinion that album is top 2 from him. Ok sorry to be off topic, but really this shit is no joke, hands down some of the finest blend of psychedelic visual/audio art ever made.
Failing for LSD? Thats unbelievable! Holy shit bro that really sucks! I didnt even know they tested for LSD, obviously it couldnt be a standard 5-panel test though. And Benzos arent tested for either. I ate so many bars like 4 days before a probation drug test and I still passed. The last test I took for my probation I was only tested for marijuana. That was the first time that happened. I saw the test and it was only a 1-panel that read THC. I could have snorted all the coke and shot up heron right before the test and still passed. I hope they keep it up lol.
