Fuckin RIGHT!

So about a week a go my 83 toyota tercell with almost 300,000mi.. yes.. thats 300,000mi... is now goin to the yard... and getting replaced with... a 1998 Chevy Blazer.. went to the lot today and was approved.. just need to get it inspected.. and insurance and fill out the paperwork and im good to go! w00t!!.. a Blazer for a blazer... :spliff: .. its fully fuckin loaded too.. car alarm.. remote entry.. leather.. moon/sun room.. push button 4x4.. lotsa dings and whistles(not the bad kind of dings).....

its gonna be a lil tough goin from 35mpg to 15-20mpg

yeah only thing id be concerned about is gas mileage too especially with it rising almost to 4bucks in MN. my like 96 lumina doesnt do bad just got that last winter i think it was.

 

work is easily within walking distance.. i dont mind walking places at all.. and sure the gas milage is kinda rough.. but.. i wanted a 4X4.. and none of them are really good on gas milage... 15-20mi with a 4WD is not bad.. its got a big engine too 4.3L V6...

btw.. i did a carfax and a autocheck report on it and its clean as a whistle... thats great to be re-assured

dont buy it,, youll regret it.. torque converter will go out,the push button 4 wheel drive will break,,over and over,and youll do good to get 15 around town if it has the v6

 

^^^ little late on that buddy.. already purchased.. and its tit for tat dude.. i've known people who have put twice as much as they spent into a blazer and then i know others who have gotten 250,000mi out of a blazer with just regular maintenances... it really all depends on how well you take care of your car and how you use such luxuries... like the 4X4. probably dropped because whomever you know felt more comfortable driving in 4x4 24/7 which is horribly bad for the vehicle and the 4x4... i should have taken a picture of under the hood.. because its flawless.. brand new alternator... tension bracket.. new fuel injectors.. its had its 100,000mi tune ups it seems..
