Ooooh I was fucking lucky. I had weed on me, got searched by 5 cops, and got away.

The other day I was coming back from a party at like 3 AM. Me and my friend Charlie are sitting in a cab and going to a club to see our friend who was there. Well me and Charlie had been blazing all night before this and we are obviously pretty stoned. We went thru a cop search (for DUI's and drugs...they do that here in Thailand) n they asked the taxi to pull us over so they can search us.

Well I had around an eighth of weed on me, but I had it hidden in this belt. Charlie also had weed on him but it was hidden in his shoe. We both decide to play it cool and let the cops pad us down and search our pockets. We knew that if we cooperated with them, we would get away. If we were dicks, we knew we woulda been strip searched. Everything goes fine and the cops let us go, but then they asked to see Charlie's ID, and since he was underage he couldnt give it to them, so he said that he left it at home and we were on the way home to get it.

The cops let us go, we get back in the cab and take off. I could not believe how calm I was back there. The bottled up anxiety that Charlie and i were holdin in when we were bein searched just came loose. Panic, but we knew that we were off the hook.

This belt worked its magic pretty good, but i doubt im gonna be risking this again... mite not get as lucky as last time.

yeah it does. when the cops padded me down, they didnt touch the belt at all, rather they just started from the pockets and went down the legs.

 

Lucky man. Ive had to roll up a bag and put it umm.. well, Im a girl, and I needed to hide a bag of weed.. you do the math.. hahaha

well, I didnt want to, but the car reeked of weed and it was atexas state trooper. those pigs are vicious. I had to do what I had to do to avoid going to jail, or having my weed confiscated.. lol It was In a plasctic bag, it was fine.

arent drug penalties really strict in Thailand too?

 

The belt has a zipper pocket in the bottom (the side that makes contact with your body). In order to access that pocket, you have to take the belt off, so I usually keep weed in there when im going to be traveling... I only take it out of there when im going to be smoking, and I dont show it to just about everybody.

And yeah Skierdoo, drug penaltys are fucking harsh in Thailand. Since I am living here as an ex-pat, I dont have a Thai citizenship (although my mom, who is Thai, does). A friend of mine who lives in Thailand as an ex-pat too (except he is under Scottish citizenship, I'm under US citizenship), got caught with weed, but because he is there as a foreigner, they cant put him in jail because of the ammount he had so he was sent to rehab. He coulda been deported. But there are death sentences too...

id get the hell out of thailand as quick as possible. good for a trip/vacation/visit but perm? good luck.

 

Actually despite this law, I'm still gonna stay here. Its 500 times less likely that u get caught by the cops with weed. The only time you will get caught is between 2 to 6 AM in the morning. The only way you are gonna get caught is if you are a dealer or you show it to a cop.

Just so you know how much less likely to get caught with weed is here.
There's this one local club that me and my friends always go to. The age range there is from 16 to 25, and everyone there smokes pot. We usually go out back to smoke up, and so many times we've blown coke there and ripped bongs. The owners of the place there dont care as long as its just weed. Usually this is a friday night in the smoking area: You walk out there and you will see kids grinding weed and rolling up. Sometimes a guy would make a DIY bong and the whole place stinks up pretty badly, but its in this alley so the cops dont go there often.

Thailand is Sin Country man. And as for our Sin City, VEGAS DONT GO SHIT ON IT!

well good thing cops in thailand arent as smart as the cops in the states. they think that the only way to smoke pot is through a bong, and they dont even know about joints.

and im the guy with the balls to grow weed in thailand...well at least i tried... only through the first stages ebfore my plants died.
