Kay, so a few days ago, my roomate snorted a four bar. She said she was totally fucked up and it's completely diff than taking the pills by mouth.

And we got barred out one time, and I swore I'd never do it again cause I couldn't remember ANYTHING, like...I lost an entire 24 hours (possibly more, I have no idea...) and at that point, we'd popped em like usual. And I really don't like having such little recollection of events. If I'm doing somethin, I wanna remember what it felt like and some of the (surely) stupid things I did on it haha

So anyway, yeah...she and her boyfriend crushed up a pill each and snorted 'em. She like...could barely stand/walk, but she said it wasn't the same as takin em like we did before, like she didn't totally forget everything and stuff....

Just wondering if anyone around here can explain the difference, or back up what she's sayin, etc...?

ive expeirmented with snorting and oral consumption of xanax and have come to the conclusion that its better to just eat them.. I believe u actually get a better absorption by eating the xanax then snorting it...

PS - I feel ya on the not really liking the xanax high that much cuz it makes u forget shit, spend all ur cash, do all ur other drugs and say stuff u would never say sober and ect....

Have u ever tried Oxycodone? now thats some stuff if ur looking for some euphoria with no "amnesia"

Snorting them just makes them hit quicker, but because the amount of active ingredient is so little you end up snorting a bunch of fillers, which can potentially keep some of the active stuff from being absorbed.

Snorting xanax is just stoopid. the only pills that make sense to snort are oxycontins, suboxone/subutex, and well thats about it i believe... and stay away from oxys or you'll end up on suboxone.. Will this disease ever end?

What do u guys think about the whole potentiating benzos (xanax in my case) with White Grapefruit Juice and/or Tagament, which both are supposed to inhibit some enzyme or w/e and therefor increases the 'high'

    I got this from Wikipedia:
"Eating grapefruits or drinking grapefruit juice while using alprazolam increases blood concentrations by inhibiting the intestinal metabolism.[38]

In fact, any drug that inhibits CYP3A4, for which alprazolam is a substrate, will increase serum concentrations of alprazolam significantly if administered prior or concurrently. Tagamet (cimetidine) is a widely used H2 blocker antacid that inhibits numerous cytochrome P450 enzymes.

Oral contraceptive pills reduce the clearance of alprazolam, which may lead to increased plasma levels of alprazolam and accumulation."

I've tried both these methods (the WHITE grapfruit juice and the Tagamet (cimetidine) of potentiatiing my xanax... I never really noticed much from drinking the white grapefruit juice (plus it taste isn't very nice either) but the Tagamet seemed to always work, but who knows? some of u guys should try both these methods with ur next Benzo adventure and let us know what ur results were....

It must be the WHITE GRAPEFRUIT JUICE and drink a full glass (8-12oz) about 35mins b4 u pop ur xanax..

If your using the Tagamet then take 200-400mgs (each pill is 200mgs) about 45mins b4 u pop the xanax.

Lets me know whats ur guy's results are, Experiement my friends

Well what are you snorting first of all??? Lol, Are you just snorting random pills you find on the floor or the medicine cabinet. That's probably why your losing a full 24 hours. "My b/f crush up A pill"

i snort bars alot, and they hit u waaaaay harder and faster, but in the same way as if u eat them if that makes any sense lol. if u snort a bar ur still gonna be forgetting things and acting like a retard on them, only more like a retard for a shorter time. but if u snort them enough (like me) they will fuck up ur nose

wow, too much of any benzo snorted or eaten, will probably cause memory loss.
sniffing any pill means it is gonna hit harder and faster, but not last as long.
for a while i would sniff one bar and pop one to instantly feel it and have one in my system.
