ive gained so much weight so fast, Ive just let myself go. Im only 18 and I have streth marks all over the place. Ugh. Im so bad at dieting. I know theres no easy way to do it, but has anyone tried like weight watchers or anything? Im just so tired of it, but I never have the motivation to just do what I need to do. Im planning on starting to diet startign this weekend. I hope I can do it...
You should join our forum (Anyone Care to join me)! I did weight watchers for a while, but I got tired of thinking of food ALL THE TIME. I find keeping track helps me be aware, but I don't have to follow any rules and constantly think about points and calories, etc. The key is to use your awareness for moderation, and try to incorporate as many fruits and veggies as possible. (For me, yoga also helps to do this. It makes you so much more aware of your body). Good luck!
hello i haven't done weight watcher, but i go to TOPS, taking off pounds sensibly, theres no meal plan, just getting weighed once a week and the group helps to keep the motivation i also go to a website called sparkpeople.com, i find this site very helpful i started getting serious about losing weight in october 2007 and so far i have lost 43 pounds, in the middle of that i laso lost my job, so i had a little bad spell where i didn't loose you should check it out
