There is a possibilty of another two bombs. As Exeter is in seige, it is best to try and EVACUATE NOW. Stay calm at all times and listen to further announcements. i would never joke about it, thats sick. i'm not sure why you would think i am a lier quite so readily j0hn? anyway, i've heard there were 3. Apparently Nail bombs. i would say it isnt a terrorist group, as exeter is such a small city. probably the work of one person. we are at home now as the alert states are all hieghtened. its complete chaos in the centre and it's best to stay well clear. Apparently a few are injured. One of my work collegues was in the city centre at the time, and told me all this info all though its all heresay at the mo. seems to be conflicting reports in the national news and local radio etc.
From the BBC article I'd agree that it wasn't a terrorist attack, it said their were 3 explosions from a locked toilet. I'd assume that'd mean it wasn't nail bombs, or if it was they cocked up.
finn, i'm not sure about that either. like i say its all chat. word spreads quickly when something happens like this. i also heard there were other explosions in other shops in the city, although im sure we will hear a more detailed turn of events once the situation has been diffused somewhat.
Latest I checked it said 1 dead.. in the restaurant. That was on the BBC news scrolling ticker thingy. Still, could've been much worse if the bombers hadn't been such fuckups.. save us from efficient people with a grudge against society...

just watched the local news, it said that one man with injuries to the face has been taking to casuality but is also being questioned in connection with 2 devices found in the restraunt and 3 which exploded by the sounds of it all in the one place. sounds like the work of one slightly nutty individual rather than an organisation and if it was the man who was injured who set off the devices, he's obviously not the smartest bomber in the world. seems a very strange target for setting of a detonator too....giraffes restraunt......good food, world music.......but there you go!
