Are there any long term damaging effects from taking E regularly over an extended period of time? I've taken 200mg a week for quite a while, and one Sunday not long ago took 300mg. I'll usually follow all this with up to 50mg of 2CB. I don't seem to be having any bad side effects, which is quite puzzling to me. I ran out of E a while back and it's like whatever, no desire for it, no withdrawals, nothing. Really strange.

I dont know your weight, but 200 MG per week is a bit much. Especially if you're not specifically replenishing by using L-tryptophan foods and taking 5-HTP.

MDMA is not physically addictive, so its not a surprise that you don't "crave" it now :)

If you take that much for that often you develop a "hard head". It takes more and more to get the empathic and sensual effects.. you end up only getting the speedy effects and its not anywhere near as nice. 200MG per roll is about average, by the way, so if you spaced it out more.. like every month, you'd never have a hard head. That is, assuming you're not doing lots of other drugs at the same time :) One thing that I know some people do (which I wouldn't necessarily recommend) is use other, similar drugs during off weeks. MDA, for example, doesn't deplete seratonin anywhere near as much, but it is not empathic and is more dangerous is larger doses. Don't ever do Ketamine.. I'll save that rant for later. GHB is nice, but only in extreme moderation and low doses. What you may want to try is alternating with mescaline, or just having a few hash brownies. Marijuana and Hash are the safest, and doing them during an MDMA or MDA comedown helps alot.

MDMA has not been shown to have any permanent effects on neurochemistry, despite the govt funded studies that said it does. They have all been debunked and disproven. It DOES deplete seratonin levels, and it DOES cause "axonal pruning" which basically means that your brain rewires itself a tiny bit. Axonal pruning takes place all the time, by the way, through natural processes like thinking and learning, so its not an indicator of neurotoxicity in itself, hence why so many people who took so much MDMA in the 80s are now perfectly fine.

The adventurous candyflip, that is, take LSD (acid) and MDMA together. Look it up on google to see how they do it, and don't do it if you don't understand the risks.

Yes. As with any drug or substance, too much or too often can cause damage. Tolerance, memory and recall problems, serotonin depletion and the resulting depression/mood problems, and possible permanent changes in the brain, such as malfunctioning or nonfunctioning serotonin receptors are all real possibilities, and that's just with pure MDMA, which is pretty rare. If it's cut with meth or other substances, you could get all the problems that go along with THOSE substances as well. Not everyone notices these issues right away, but some studies have shown brain changes similar to those seen in Parkinson's disease up to seven years after a two-time ecstasy use. This could be due to it being cut with meth, which causes similar problems, but memory and recall problems on tests were evident in frequent X users.

Just balance the benefits with the risks, I guess. If you don't mind slight-moderate short-term memory loss, it's all good. That's serious, not sarcasm by the way. :)
