I just noticed a little bump thing on the areola of my right nipple. It's a skin bump and the tip of it is black. I'm kind of worried because I have no idea what it could be and I know it wasn't there like three days ago. I also was at the beach two days ago, so I don't know if that may have something to do with it. I took some pictures and the nipple is not visible, but I don't know if I'm allowed to post them, let me know and I will. Thanks to all in advance.
in the meantime eat some apples and make sure you eat the seeds of the apple try and source where you can buy apricot seeds from, failing that buy fruit like apricots and peaches, find the big seed inside and crack its very tough shell, eat the seed inside. i have sat down and eaten as many of these seeds as i could stomach with no illness or side affects - try and eat them with the fruit. get a doctor to look at it, if its skin cancer you need to try and find out quickly. do some research on apricot kernels and vitamin b17 if it makes you happier.
Might be a clogged pore. Try a hot compress. BTW-Do some research if you do want to try the apricot seed thing above. I think there may be toxicity issues.
