I just dreaded my hair, and was wondering when to use the sea salt spray? In a week when I take a shower, afterwards, or could I do it sometime sooner without the wash? Sorry if it's already been answered
Also, I am trying to do it natural without any wax and such.

    Thanks,

    kim

youre shure? so after you use spray or bathe in the ocean your meant to wash your hair? i thought the salt was suposed to stay in for a couple of days.

i usually leave it in for a couple of days. i've only used it a few times. but, i did find that it you leave it in for TOO long it will get...weird. it gets all like...salty flaky and stuff. i dont know if its just me, but i think it would be okay to leave it in for no more than a few days.

i swim every day in the summer and rinse off maybe twice a month. its not necessarily bad to leave salt in your hair, just see how it affects your scalp. it can be drying and damaging for some people.
