Sevenwaters Trilogy?

    Anyone else read these books? I just finished them. :)
    The first book, Daughter of the Forest, is based off the Grimm fairy tale "The Six Swans"

    Yep, I red them! Nice historical setting and worked out very well. Not that over the top fantasy, but mysterious enough. I think it might be a bit longwinded for some (fantasy-)readers though.

    Yeah, I figured it might not be a lot of people's style.. but it definitely fit mine. :)
    I love some Celtic flavor in my fantasy. I also loved how the forest was such a big part of it.

    Yeah, I totally digged the big role of the forest in it as well. How they were part of it just made the 'magic' or just the fantasy parts more natural and logic in my opinion. Almost all fantasy novels have origins of celtic or germanic mythology in it, but it rarely stays as pure and natural as in these books in my opinion!
