So two nights ago, I could not sleep. I kept waking up and every time I woke up i would be shaking and my heart racing and I felt really off. After I ignored that, I woke up again to a dog yelling. It wasn't barking, it was desperately yelling, making this crazy noise that I've never heard come out of a dog for at least 20 minutes. I stood on my porch and said aloud "it sounds like something's dying". Again, I ignore it. I went back to sleep, started having these intense dreams that I was being chased by this van that threw huge porcelin plates at me, hitting my thighs to the point I colapsed and was really out of it, felt drugged in my dream, kept calling my dad in my dream but he was too far away to help me. Then I woke up and I found out two of my good friends almost died right around the time all this was happening. One overdosed, called her mom (who is out of state and can't get to her, so then her mom called the cops) and the cops found her in the woods passed out and barely breathing several hours later. Shortly after getting the hospital, she stopped breathing all together. She is now on life support and I'd appreciate if you guys could think good thoughts and send positive energy out for her. My other best friend lives down the street from me and at the exact same time all this was happening, she called me but I didn't pick up because my phone was off, then texted me "I don't feel safe, I'm really scared." with the intentions of killing herself, and luckily, her parents did pick up the phone and got her help immediately. I just feel very overwhelmed that these happened at the exact same moment to people I really love and it's freaking me out that my body was telling me, and some outside force was telling me "Wake up, check your phone, check on your friends" but I just ignored it.
She was scared because she suddenly felt really depressed (she's been having a very rough time lately and has a history of depression), and was alone in her apartment and wanted to hurt herself badly or kill herself. I'm extremely grateful that she called her folks though instead of acting on those feelings. And thank you guys for the kind words and positive thoughts, they are much needed and appreciated.

you should go over to her house and just chill with her, smoke a few bowls and watch a good movie with her
Thanks for all the positive energy, guys. I truly believe positive energy has tremendous power. She was taken off of life support today, is breathing and awake, but not coherent and unaware of her surroundings/ fighting the hospital staff as they try and treat her. Her folk are trying to get her committed legally somehow, to a mental hospital (she's 21 so they are fighting to have her committed against her will so she can't leave the hospital, which I believe is the best for her right now. I don't know how that works though, maybe they have to go to court for custody? No idea.) I'm just trying to remain positive and hopeful that this overdose will be her last of many and she'll finally get better...
it just goes to show that everyone has some psychic power. when other minds reach out your subconscious starts to listen. i think that powerful thought (fear for example) push through even the most resistant minds. on sept 10 i dreamed planes crashed into tall buildings. woke up confused, and dismissed it as a strange and unnerving dream. I haven't ignored a dream since. my prayers go out to you and your friends. Blessings

^^^ Not sure. I know she loves opiates but recently started taking meds that cause her to get really sick when she takes opiates. It was an intentional overdose though, so it could have just been something she's prescribed to. I have no idea and I would feel rude and uncomfortable asking her mom about that.
It may have been something that is available without a prescription, such as asprin or tylenol or something. I don't guess it really matters though. What matters is that she felt the need to OD, in the first place. Hopefully, she'll get the help she needs.
Ive had thease same feelings. Like before something terrible happens in my life i get thease scary overwhelming feelings like something bad iz gonna happen. Or i should leave. the freind who od'd probly would be better off in an impatient treatment center shes definately at risk the other freind who lives nearby give her a key so she can come over whenever she needs to for her just havin some1 to talk to is key oh but u might wanna talk to her aboiut the depressiopn if its normal depresssion try st johns wort theres others to try too if manic though, she may need more help
