watching the dissapointing movie ever

    yes I am watching the Godfather part 3 and I have to say woah...what happened?

    i still need to see the first 2 before i can bother with that one...



    i just got home and turned on the tv, only to be face to face with How High... talk about disappointing...

    I have never even seen the first one... I watch like 10 minutes and feel bored as shit so I watch something good lol.

    I liked the ending. of course, I tend to like any ending that isn't all happy lovey dovey. it was a decent movie otherwise. overrated trilogy though.

    what i don't understand is why people brag about their ignorance of other peoples' motivations...

    I draw a blank here.

    Perhaps on its own GFIII is ok but using its predecessors as a measure of expectations it's disappointing? Never seen any of them all the way through... seems to support my idea that a sequel is usually not the best idea.

    Haven't you ever done mad libs? Damn those things were fun.....

    It is rare that a sequel can live up to the expectations of its predecessors. On a few occasions I have seen a movie that has out done the one before it, but not often. Like I said in a previous post, I haven’t seen any of them, so I don’t believe that my opinion here is even relevant. Not that I wouldn't give it anyway. Never really been interested or wanted to see them. The way my theory works is that if the majority of the people I know like a movie, chances are that I don't. I don't really watch many movies though. I did buy spaceballs on DVD last night though. Now that's a classic.
