So I went for a weekend trip to Paris. A lot of people say the French are rude but I found them very helpful and friendly. Here are some pictures of my trip. :)

I really really like this building. Wouldn't it be awesome if most buildings looked like this? It looks much more natural than concrete everywhere.

From the view of the hotel. Those copper pipes were everywhere, on every house as far as we could see.

ooohh I love Paris. I was there last summer. And I agree! I don't think the French are rude at all! I actually stayed with a very nice host family. :)

Where in Paris did you stay, hitsuzen? :)

I think Paris looked pretty clean. There wasn't much traffic except in the Latin Quarter, south of the Seine river.

One of the things I really liked was the metro. Trains come and go every five minutes, on time. Paris is so big, it seemed like a little country. But with train the distance seems manageable :)

I actually stayed in a small village right outside the city. Went into the city a lot, though. Where did you stay? :)

I found the city to be very clean. And I loved the metro! Clean, *fast*, efficient.
