Tried this a few days ago and i thought i would share Here is a really simple Bhang recipe that can be prepared even if somebody is around that shouldn't know (like the parents) What's needed: 1 Coffee Cup About 1-2 Bowls of finely chopped weed 1/3 of the Coffee cup hot boiling water 1/3 of the Coffee cup hot boiling milk 1/5 butter of a stick added to the milk before you heat it Sugar,cinnamon,honey added as needed Add the weed to the cup and pour the hot boiling water over it (filling the cup 1/3 with water). Heat the milk with the added butter and add it to the pot water (yes you will need both..the milk and the butter). Add sugar,cinnamon,honey for taste. Cover the cup and let it sit for 1 hour. Drink completely without removing the pot (make sure you chop it finely or you might have to chew haha). First effects should kick in after about one to two hours and should last (atleast for me) 8-9 hours. You will reach peak very slowly and then go down very slowly Enjoy!
^^^You need some sort of fat/alochol to transform the THC to a useable form. Another cook recipes is whole mile and a little butter(or half and half), mixed in herb, and hot coco mix. Let the mixture steep until cool, and then re-nuke to drink. Cheers
I'm gonna try this tea recipe on thursday, I have a concert. I've never eaten weed before . Edit: F it, I just made the tea as you said to, OP. Waiting now for 1 hr before injestion.
It's also important to note that while THC is not water soluble, some of the other active cannaboids are, although they mostly produce just a feeling of relaxation (sometimes very strong). People drink marijuana tea in Jamaica very often.
Ok I finished drinking the last of the tea about 1 hr ago, but the come up must be reaaaallllyyyyy slow because right now all I feel is very relaxed.
So I drank it way too late, by the time I was starting to feel an inkling of anything, I had to go to sleep from exhaustion. I have the day off today and will drink it in the afternoon.
Question: Why do you use the hot water in this recipe? Why not just go all milk/butter? Is it to dilute the taste of the butter?
Bleh, I nursed about half of it for 4 hours (absolutely disgusting) and poured the rest down the drain. The butter is just absolutely revolting to drink, I have no idea how I even did it the first time. I used 2 medium sized lumps of weed, bit of a waste, but at least now I know.
if you sweeten it, & use cardomon and nutmeg or cinnamon, & let it warm in a double boiler for a good hour, - with the spices & sugar it's actually *quite nice* ... The effects are pretty subtle. I'm thinking that like cannabutter, you might need to warm it for like, 2 hours or so ... & yeah, I was wondering about the water, since milk has water in it already...
