    Hey man,
what i generally like to do is lay flat on the floor and relax all my muscles, starting with my toes and feet and slowly going all the way up.
I will first watch my breathing and just relax in general to start off, then once that becomes second nature i tense my feet and toes breathing in and breathing out relax them. I do this all the way up my body until it is all relaxed and you get a kind of tingly feeling throughout your body then try to clear my mind by observing my thoughts and instead of creating a story around them just let them go before you get involved with them (if that makes sense...) and completely relax my body the whole time until i feel and think nothing, cant even really describe what it's like except awesome, i try to stay in this state for as long as i can. When im having trouble with a certain part of my body i think of a scanner going up and down my body searching for the tense areas or ones that need attention and then relax those,
when im done i feel so revitalized and good,
i wouldn't advise doing it on your bed or something too soft because you want to keep your back and body straight, but you can use a pillow or something if it helps to keep you comfortable and relax more, wutever works man,
hope that helps and makes sense, feelin kinda spun out at the moment... but yeah good luck man

EDIT : Sorry if that was a little off topic ^_^

My boyfriend has been doing 3rd eye meditations lately...
He says that he has been remembering his dreams for the first time in 10 years since he started. I thought that was pretty neat. :)

Well he's actually 23... so about 13 years old. And... I don't know why. He just always woke up feeling like he had a dreamless sleep... and now he remembers them at least a few times a week.

After I started, I noticed I was having profound moments of a sensation much like deja vu, only more intense. I guess it's a feeling of transcending time and space, because it's the feeling of "I've seen this before" mixed with "I knew this was going to happen, though it appears to be new." Also my dreams became more peaceful and vivid with colour, rather than just disturbing and confusing.
