So one morning i was smoking a bowl at my bus stop, the bus came so i just put everything in my bag cause it was going to rain that day, and when i got to school my friends and I met up with another friend and we headed off to the back of the school to smoke a few bowls, but it was already 8:40 and we had walked through the parking lot, well i had just sat down between two cars and made a foil pipe (yuck) and then we realized it was too late so we start headin back. We start walking and right behind us is school securityso then he stops us and calls real police officers and all of the priciples (we have 4) and they accused us of selling/buying drugs in the parking lot and when i told them that it was not true they just searched me and he felt a small baggy with .9g in it... and while he was searching my bag he starting making stupid remarks saying "Ooo this ones artistic." talking about the foil pipes. so me and my friend get cuffed and put into a cop car, i let you know that put the cuffs as tight as they could. And any time we would talk they would tell us "Shut Up!" i just started laughing everytime this would happen cause i was high and i thought the whole situation was rediculous because i am a good student, make all a's and b's in honors... and i smoke pot for my ADHD it really does help, so I don't understand how they can justify arresting 3 prefectly harmless kids...
Bringing/consuming drugs in a school zone is begging to be arrested. Show the judge your medical marijuana card for your ADHD and you should be fine.
since there was no evidence for selling, you'll likely not get charged for it. that doesn't mean they can't hit you for possession and paraphernalia obviously (unless you have an MMJ card). why would you bring weed to school? it's asking for so much trouble.
Like everyone always says weed and school dont mix. Though I've never found this to be always true as long as you keep it in your pocket and don't cause a ruccus.
Yes, I agree with DXM, I believe it is fine if you just don't do that stuff on school property. Just don't get in trouble for things, deal (at school) and they'll have no reason to search you.
Lol just show the judge your mmj card for adhd you should get off =P... and if he asks why you brought weed to school... so it was an accident... so you went outside with your friends to dispose of it the best way you could think of... lol..... and thats funny... the cop saying 00o0o0o this is an artistic one...

I don't know how you guys get busted at school, It's easy not too. The only reason I got busted at school is becase some chick had my phone number and wrote "call for weed" on it and left it on her dresser. Her mom must have called the cops and then they traced my phone. Then the principal called me down, I tried to eat the weed but it was in seperate bags. Be smart, don't smoke on school property go to a park or something.

One should be wary of the medicines that they choose to use while they are still growing up. Take what you want out of that. I'm talking about any type of medicines or medications.
