How cool is that? With all the tech available today, I never thought there will be uncontacted tribes who still live like they did hundreds or thousands of years ago!
And these people would be considered "primative," while we eat our fast food cheeseburgers; drink our polluted, fluoridated water; take our prozac, and worry about what our neighbor thinks of us.
This is such a wake up call... They live in there own "world",They no not of anything else... What do you think they see in that pic? What kind of impact will that have on them? Im sure they know its not a giant bird flying over them? What will there description be of this event to there young? Do they think that that helo contains visitors from space, or maby God's of some kind?
There is actually lot of people like this. In Papua most of people have never seen white man or money and things like that
Yeah. There's a chance they may not even know what currency is, or the concept of land ownership. Ignorant fools.
Here's Hoping......The Religious Nutters..... Don't Send A Boatload Of Preachers......To Suss Them Out......And Convert Their Perfect Lifestyle......To The Unholy Mess They Gave Us....Umpteen Years Ago..... LEAVE THEM ALONE... Cheers Glen.
NO ITS NOT COOL!! yay we are fixing to use them as human guinea pigs.. they will soon have all kinds of outsiders crawling all over there village all in the name of science.. there way of life will NEVER be the same.. just look at the picture,,what is "cool" about invading someones territory and scaring the hell out of them, then plastering it all over the news so every tom dick and harry in the world can go and slowly whittle away there culture and way of life simply by being there.. NO its not cool... quite disgusting if you ask me..
oh i get the point of the fact that some find it "cool" that people still live like that.. i just dont find ANYTHING "cool" about it being publicized the way it is.. as far as me thinking its cool the way they live,,.. we live self sustainably here and if we could we could and would live in total isolation as well.so its really not that amazing nor surprising to me that there are still people living the old ways as a culture. thats why i find nothing "cool" about the exposure they are getting.. as someone else stated,, THEY SHOULD LEAVE THEM THE FUCK ALONE!! and while there at it they should leave us alone as well,, lol...
Yeah I agree that they should be left alone, cause once modern people will get involved, their life-style will vanish. I am more interested though in the tribe's reactions to the modern world and its inventions...and how they never had contact with anyone outside their small world.
it has been well-known that there are many uncontacted tribes, particularly in the south American jungles, for a long time. they are well-protected, much like a species threatened by extinction. it's not 1512, they're not going to send missionaries or scientists in there, and corporations will stay away too because these people have no money. I think it's awesome that people still live like this, and if we continue to let them have their culture without interfering I'm sure eventually they'll innovate some great things that our own culture would never have thought of.
The Brazilian government has promised to leave them be now, and the researchers are not giving out their co-ordinates. They simply needed photographic proof to set up an area where loggers couldn't cross.
You guys ever see a show on the discovery channel about life in a village like that? It makes me absolutely sick to see them exploited that way.
Oh wow wow wow. This is actually so amazing. Okay, so do you really think theyve enever seen a plane though? And they for sure have never met an outsider?
