ok so i cheated on my 9 weeks test. got a 0. which brought my 90 something to a 83. most of my other grades were good except for math which is a 70 something(i think). so will this hurt me gooing to college?`this was my junior year and now its over. did i fuck up big time. P.S. i know what i did was wrong and there is nothing that you could say to me that i have not said to myself. i know it was a dumb idea and should have my ass beat, i fucked up.
a B or C is not going to fuck you going to college. unless you totally screw your senior year. i failed a few classes over the course of high school, i still got accepted to college. didn't get to finish due to $ issues. but i got in. your ACT/ SAT scores count for a lot
Yeah you'll be fine man. You seem to have learned your lesson, so you're not gonna make the same mistake during your senior year. You still have time to bring your GPA up. Whatever happens, you can always get into college. Good grades help, but they aren't a must.
i'd worry more about the fact that HS and College are two completely different things.. HS doesnt really prepare you for shit... i'm not even kidding.. make HS privatized and let our money twords education go else where... Freshman year at a college is basically 4 years of HS summed up in 1 year... when i went to college.. short lived maybe but thats besides the fact.. my basic mathematics class .. over 60% of the class failed a test on +-*/ whole numbers, fractions and decimals... and we were able to use calculators.. i got a 100% on this test 3 times.. yea.. we retook it 3 fucking times.. and still 50% of the class did not pass.. he thought the 3rd time around... since these idiot classmates couldnt pass the test twice.. the third time we couldnt use calculators.. i dropped obviously because this school was a joke.. but besides that.. seriously.. some of that shit you learn in grade school and people couldnt answer these questions... obviously HS was not doing its job for these kids.. and i doubt my only math class was the only class the the US where a majority of the students couldnt pass a simple grade school math quiz.. haha.. sorry for the rant.. im high
it depends what college you want to go to. yes, it will make it harder for you to get into selective schools.
I failed 7 classes in 4 years at high school and i still got in to the very hard and selective nursing program at the college, don't worry about a little c it's nothing especially since you just finished your junior year, and high school is nothing like college at all, compared to college it's a daycare center
