What are your thoughts on polygamy?

personally, I'm a monogamous person. I definately wouldnt think it was a men/women thing though. I'd say there would be just as many men for monogamy as women, and equally just as many women for polygamy as men.

I think it's kind of ironic, that those who want to get married can't and those that are married sometimes feel forced to do so.

I think anyone should be able to marry whomever they wish. I personally think polyamory marriages will be the wave of the future.

poly are wonderful but certainly harder

i prefgfer monogomy but still somehow think i maybe more cut out for a poly

I'm not married. I just live with my little chick, and she is enough to handle. Having more than one chick is out of the question. How would you deal with more than one woman at a time, it would make me nuts.

Bleh, personally I think it sucks, but I wont judge people who are into that kinda thing...Whatever floats your boat :S

 

I still say more than one chick at a time will drive you nuts. Think about it two or more of them at your throat all the time Geeez. No good will come of it.

Did it ever dawn on you that maybe it's just your women, not women in general, who drive you nuts?

Anyways, I would like to try a poly relationship. I actually wouldn't mind being a secondary in a few relationships...as an ideal situation...

 

I love women. But having to live with more than one at a time would freak me out. And how would they get along with each other ? No this seems a bad idea to me.

It's not necessary that you live with ever person you're in a relationship with. Obviously your partner would have to be consensous with the poly aspect, otherwise it wouldn't work. Believe it or not, not all women bicker with each other. Usually just jealous ones perhaps, and if they are really into the poly thing, and not just saying they are, you would weed that type right out. Furthermore, there are many types of poly relationships. You could keep your relationships seperate or you could have a triad and so on.

 

Oh like I could keep one on the side ? I tried that and my chick didn't like it. she thinks it is like cheating. See I told you women don't like to share. I have also heard that when women live together they start to get their periods at the same time. Joy PMS all around. I'm not really puttin this down I just can't see it working well.

Between consenting adults I'm cool with it. Of course I kind of laugh at the idea that a man can handle one woman much less more. It makes much more sense when it's a woman with multiple husbands.

just turn the attention on your other wife and make them mad at eachother....then they will be too busy to be mad at you.

 

I think sex is never better than when you are going at it with someone you really love. But, sometimes that one person isn't really enough. Its like cars. Sometimes I want a sweet comfy ride, like my Mom's Lincoln. That thing can do 180 kph and it still feels as comfy as sitting on the couch in front of the Teev. Sometimes I want to carve up the roads like in my Acura, where I can really tear up a mountain road. Sometimes I want to get dirty in the mud, where neither of those cars can begin to go. But my brother has a 4X4 Titan that I would LOVE to get dirty. Sometimes, one woman just can't do everything you want her to do. Or you don't want to ask her for fear that she will get disgusted then file for divorce.
