So this thread is basically to put my fears to rest, or to make me do somethign about it. I took 8mg of Subutex at about 2 or 3. It is now 11 and i can still feel it a bit. Over the course of those 8 or so hours, i have puked about 5-8 times and caught myself passing out quite a bunch. My vision has been completely burred and cross eyed at times. I am somewhat sober now and havent puked in 2 hours. I am still catching myself falling asleep sitting up. Is it alright to go to sleep now worry free?
Yes you aren't just going to randomly drop dead hours after taking the subutex. 8mg of subuxone can be rather strong, especially for those who don't often take opiates. Be carefull next time. Your fine.
It should of made him feel better, all the syptoms he was saying are just what happens when you get real fucked up off opiates. The first few times I sniffed dope I was sick as a dog and keep slipping in and out of it. The times I over dosed though I felt fine after I did my dope but my next memory was eather the ER room or the back or a ambulance after being shot up with narcan, My point was if he is up and talking to us and knows what he is doing Its makes the odds less from what I have seen with most OD"S that he will OD, Usally when someone OD's it right after the shit hits there system or befroe the first hour of being high, I have never seen someone OD who has been high for hours never, Usally if you get past the first hour and don't fall out and OD the odds go down the next time you nod out that you will OD.You are just fucking nice and high.
opiates are completley worth it...just dont take things that are known for making people puke...everyone who isnt medically prescribed it pukes of suboxone...

actually heroins (n opiates in general) od is not instant like cocaine, n its a nice death. if u od on heroin u wont knw it, ull die with a smile on ur face. the good thing is like i said its not instant, so if there r people around they can take u to a hospital. however im not sure but i think cocaine od is quicker, n its not a pleasant thing at all.

verisimilitide-You are 100% right its just like when people think they can't breath but are talking. Like I said in my first post I have seen alot of od's in my day and it usally happens quick and within the first hour after somone does there dope or opiate dose. The perosn is juust out of it and has no idea theyn even are oding, If you are taking and just nooding out you are fine, Its when you are not talking and you can't even open your eyes for 2 seconds is when you are in trouble. OD's hit real fucking quick after the shit hits you usally.
this is a good topic. i started using the point recently and doing speedballs. so your saying you can od and not even know it? like it doesnt happen within the first few minutes of pushing off? had a similar conversation with my dope buddy just the other day. after i got dosed i layed down on my couch and got comfortable and he told me i should sit up and not lay down and rest cuz he didnt want me to like nod off and die when he was paying attention to me. i get so chill when im loaded i like to lay down. ive been using for a few months now like maybe 2 times out of the week. what should i do? i wanna enjoy myself and relax when im using loaded but I dont wanna check out for good if you catch my drift. what do you think???
a speedball OD is different than a heroin OD. the problem with a speedball is that ur heart might loose its rhythm due to the upper downer combo, its beatin so fast when ur on coke n when the heroin hits its beatin too slow, heart isnt used to that shit. however u might od from the coke first 20 minutes, u might od from the combo the moment the change in heart rate occurs, or u might od from heroin an hour after it hits. so i think that if u shoot n nuthin happens for an hour then ur aight. dunno though shocbomb is an expert on that subject, im just speculatin. speedballs n all the mystery surrounding them really interests me.
