There's Gotta be a revolution....

I think with the terrible state that the world is in, something is going to have to happen... something big.... a revolution.
What will the revolution be like?
Violent? or peaceful?
Who will "win"?
What will the new world be like?
Like I said, something big is going to have to happen for anything to change.
Your thoughts?

 

it wont be a revolution as much as an evolution
there wont be winners but might be losers
things have to happen all over
revolution is to revolt against a system evolution is to evolve beyond any need for a system to revolt against
itr is to evolve into the system

its comming just the frequency of these threads is proof enough
it wont be violent exceopt by those who are violent by nature (the "losers" mentioned above)
it will be mostly peaceful, buyt lookin at history theres always those who preffer to fight so cant guarantee that there wont be squabbles
but killin n fightin leads to alotta dead people so the fightin cant go on n on
there really wont be anythin worth fightin bout anyway so im sure they'll get tired of it after awhile..
or like i said..end up dead..

im hopin theres none but thats alot to expect given humans history of violence


ok you may all call my crazy but i believe that the what we need is to organize virtualy
through the net, to create a global secure database that allows all global laws and resources to be mannaged by everyone directly
peace happens when we all take a part in 1 thing. there is no us and them noone to fight

i think the evolution will go beyond society & system though too cause with lesss stringint regulation and suppression of new advancements i think we'll be freed to fix alotta the problems caused by living under the control of "superpowers" .. there is only 1 power...the power is in the people
the people must connect organize and replace all the superpowers which can only continue to exist if we allow them to continue the myth that we're powerless without them


do we need a revolution if we dont even need the thing we're revolting against?

I see a few posts around this forum about the world being in a terrible state and revolution etc..I have news for you, many of the democratic nations are doing quite well,its the US that is in big trouble now.

hence why a revolution is needed HERE.
well actually a revolution needs to happen within everyones spirit and soul first... but then a revolution needs to happen here.

True, but the majority is still in a bad situation. Go take a look at Africa, Latin America and Asia. The amount of countries doing really well there is ridiculous, and the situation isn't getting better.
The problem is we have a system built on egoism and materialism. As long as most people live by the " GIVE IT TO ME!! IT'S MINE!!!" phylosophy, things aren't gonna get better.

I heard from my neighbor as well that our calender is off, it actually is 2012 by the Mayan Calander, its just that catholics screwed it up.

 

I don't think people today have enough ambition for a revolution. They'd rather just sit back and take whatever comes.
