doesn't $120 seem awfully steep for a hand job?

(background info...my friend's husband recently admitted to her that he has gone not once, but several times to a massage parlor where he paid $120 for a hand job....seems awfully expensive for something he could have gotten for free from his loving wife, or even from his own hand....)
