Whats the safest and most discrete way to send a large amount of money online to a different country? Most ways ask for 2 forms of ID. and other personal info.

 

Western Unionis good. How large are we talking though?

 

WU wants a lot of personal info like SS#, occupation, 2forms ID. I'm talking $3,500+.
