I use Videora iPod converter. I believe that you can download videos from the internet through that and then convert them for your iPod. I'm not really sure of a good spot to download free movies from. I personally use torrents to download any movies and T.V. shows that I want. There are tons of different torrent sites on the web. Two really popular ones are thepiratebay.org and mininova.org. Between both of those, you should be able to find just about anything you need.
