Hello. just recently i have noticed that if i stretch my foreskin, quite large spots/warts show through.There are about 3 or 4 big ones then a few smaller ones. They must be on my glands. They don't hurt or anything and theyre really hard. I cant pull back my foreskin yet so i cant get a closer look, and i am a virgin. could they be genital warts? or some other infection? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Well first port of call is that when errect or otherwise you should be able to retract the foreskin past the crown of your penis. When you next have an errection, try it. Do your usual motion just, move the foreskin further down the penis each time. It is un-likly to be genital warts. Its probably penis pimples, small White painless feeling less papules on the shaft of the penis. If there is redness, it could be balantis, a mild infection sorted out with an anti-fungal cream(though its not always a fungal infection). I am concerned for you that you can retract your foreskin. If you can't, then you cannot clean properly.
After reading your comment I got to work on pulling back my foreskin.I managed to do it today and was shocked to find huge yellow lumps stuck ALL OVER my penis head. It looked bad. I think its smegma that has accumulated then decayed. It took a while but I managed to pick all of the pieces off, since rinsing did nothing. Apparently all children are taught at young ages to pull back their foreskin? My parents obviously wanted to see if I could figure it out by myself. I looked up balanitis on wikipedia and it said smegma allowed to accumulate can lead to balanitis. Can anyone give me any advice on 1) how to clean the penis head so it does not happen again and 2) if i have balanitis or not! Thanks for any help
My parents told me to pull my foreskin back too, but I had no idea how far back it could go, so it wasn't till I was 15 when I finally pulled the foreskin all the way back. But damn was it a new/great sensation having the head exposed. As for those white bumps, they're not that uncommon for people who haven't been circumsized.
So that's what the white bumps are. :smilielol5: But i'm circumsized and still got those bumps, I also got some kinda small fleshy pimple under the head. I've only had sex a few times and the last time was a long while ago, do I have cause for concern?
The smegma is a cheesy substance that is secreted to lubricate the underside of the foreskin and the glans, but it should be cleaned off in the shower regularly (every day), by retracting the foreskin and soaping up your penis. You are lucky you did not get an infection from leaving it there so long. Cut guys have this secretion too, but it just dries and falls off and is not even noticed usually. If you continue to have difficulty pulling back your foreskin to clean it, try buying a hydrocortisone cream at a pharmacy and smearing it on the glans and underside of the foreskin, and gently stretching it back and forth over the glans. You can buy the cream over the counter. Do this for a month or so, and you should have no problem retracting it to clean it. You don't have balanitis - you caught it in time before you developed any problems. If you continue to have problems, see a doctor.
I got that bitch put back young, it hurts at first. But man it's really easy to keep it clean and out of any pussy. I never had warts on my dick, thank God. If you ever do find warts on your dick, don't freeze those off yourself. That would be a bad way to learn how to use those things, those freeze offs. I put it directly to the skin, then read the directions. So pissed I couldn't see strait, it took a year to get to that.....right when she ran and still says it wasn't warts...well, it seemed to be that scary.
