X pill question

I just came across some X and its a capitol E print on the front, and plain on the back. Anyone run across these and how are they?

 

Does it look like this?

 

My sister had a couple pills like that but they turned out to be estrogen or some shit like that lol.

No. I had my friend run a pill test on it and it deffinatly isnt X. So I am gonna take them back to my friend and let him know that he got ripped the fuck off. He paid 60 dollars for 20 of these pills.
