Exercise is one of the best things I've found. Be super active during the day makes it almost impossible to not get a good nights sleep.
for the past fews weeks i havent really had insomnia its just i cant fall asleep before like 3 o clock and i climb and swim and lift and all it sucks when i actually have to get up early to work
I always have trouble falling asleep. It really sucks, especially if you're tossing and turning all night and you have to wake up early or do something important in the morning.
I have nerve damage in my stomach so im in constant pain. I usually end up gettin a good 6hours thanks to herb. when im out of ganja i usually sleep 3hours a night (if that).
stop using the computer an hour before sleep stop eating 2 hours before sleep keep a clean dark room keep a constant temperature in the room rearrange your room so you are sleeping in a new area make your bed every day so you have something neat and comfortable to sleep in run a window fan or osculating fan for circulation and white noise the more white noise the better limit your caffeine intake, preferably to 0 keep active during the day stretch before bed smoke some weed an hour before bed then like a hit or two right before sleep ~melatonin ~Valerian root
