I took 4 and felt nothing at all, what the fuck they were 5/500's two times I have done that, the first time I slightly felt it and then I went to sleep, I am guessing it isn't worth it to take more.
Yes Iwould worry about the apap. very bad in high doses. a high dose is 2mg. I would take 2 of those. at most 3. better safe than sorry
If you want to abuse your hydrocodone nicely, eat 5 or so. Just don't go over 4000mg/4g of acetomenophen in a day.
if you want hydrocodone high, then the 5/500's arn't the way to go. if your light on pills, try lortabs or norcos. it should take one or two.
my tolerance is fucked, but i honestly dont bother anymore...when 50mg does absoloutley nothing,,,xtractions are a pain in the ass, and the apap so bad for you theres no point...especially considering the typical vicodin price vs. other opiates...
i usually take 3 or 4 and pop 3 or 4 cyclobenzaprines to go along with it and i get a pretty good buzz
