I have a really embarassing problem- almost everything makes me sweat. It isn't necessarily when I'm exercising, can be when I'm in social situations, or when I'm just walking around or doing light activities, or, if it's humid, I just spontaneously sweat, whereas the people around me don't. And I don't just sweat when it's hot, I remember sweating profusely in the winter when I was just walking to a bus stop. I know it's good to sweat, but when you get sweat stains on your back and under your arms it's quite embarassing, and more than once, people have pointed it out and laughed. And the problem seems to be aggrivated by the humidity arriving. Please, anyone with advice or anyone who has this problem, what would you suggest?

Do you do caffeine? Certain foods will also trigger sweating. Avoid high carbohydrate things like pasta and bread and soda.

Stay away from synthetic fabrics too. 100% lightweight cotton. Your body needs to breath.

Other than that, maybe you need to live in a cooler climate like I do?

Are you overweight? Fat holds in body heat.

i'm like that too. very embarrassing. i sweat from my armpits, hands and feet. sometimes my back and my thighs too. and between my boobs. i'm just a really sweaty person, haha. i got drysol prescribed... it's a really strong anti-perspirant that you put on overnight. it's a pain in the ass to use but it really works.
