If born with an extra penis on your back, would you keep it?

In recent news, there was a story about a baby boy from China that was born with a fully formed penis attached to his spine. Apparently, it's the result of a parasitic twin that he absorbed while still in his mother's womb. Turn's out that it was removed. See the following article:

I swear, China really knows how to produce some genetically abnormal kids. Just over a year ago they had that other baby boy that was born with a fully developed left arm. Maybe he and the penis kid could get together for a jerk and fisting session.

If YOU were born with a penis attached to your back, would you want to keep it or cut it off? ...Think long and hard (no pun intended), because I'm sure there are consequences, like people patting you on the back, sitting in a high back chair, getting a back rub, and so on...
