me and my girlfriend have been together for 3 years... we have both been fairly sexually active with eachother, and we were virgins when we started out..

my question is.. whenever me and my girlfriend are making love (has happened since day 1) after a bit it starts burning to her, and so we stop, because i dont want to hurt her any more, this is supposed to be pleasurable. and her area gets red and it becomes very sore to her. Also, on top of that, she says usually (8/10 ) times that it feels like she is being punched in the stomach (around the belly button area)... im thinking the redness and irritation are due to the latex condoms we use (aka she is allergic to latex) and i have no idea whats going on with the 2nd problem. would anyone like to elaborate on both? could she have an std? does it sound like she is allergic to latex?

    ty for responses in advance

I would think an allergy response would last for several days and not go away so soon after the latex is removed.

Has she gone to a gynecologist and told him the problem? That would be the only sure way to find out if it is something more than an allergy.

Is she lubricated? Some women don't get wet and KY jelly or other water based lube is needed. Have you made sure there is plenty of lube?

Again, if there is a pain in the stomach after sex she should go to a gynecologist.

oh, and sorry i didnt elaborate on the lube. the KY doesnt do anything. about 1 1/2 hours of foreplay (sometimes more) to the point where it looks like she pissed her pants. to her it just hurts/burns (yes its a well lubed condom, no its not a special one, like ribbed or studded) so... im just kind of baffled. i think that its latex allergies, but could it be an STD? and what about the thumping in the stomach? please help ppl!

She could have a allergy to the lube, or it could be a minor allergy to latex. However, she needs to go to the doctor. As for the pain around her belly button, if your well endowed you can be hitting her cervix which can feel like being punched.

Stop using latex condoms. There are non latex ones out there. Problem solved.

You're probably hitting her cervix. Either engage in more foreplay, or do not penetrate her all the way, i.e. leave the last one or two inches out. It takes a little self control, but I assume is better than her in pain.

I'd just suggest a different position so you don't go as deep. Maybe try her on top, so she can control how deep you go?
