Grinding (damaging to thc trichomes?)

A LOT of websites say grinding cannabis damages the thc trichromes , this goes for blending as well. Comments?

 

grinding won't affect your trichomes (also known as kief)


their small... tiny, smaller than your grinder teeth.

 

the way I see it, you can collect the trichomes and take a gnarly kif hit eventually, or you can lose that shit all over you hands. It's even more of a problem with dry weed, all kinds of explosions, bud going in all directions. Yeah, I'm a big fan of grinding.

Exactly, the perforation of the weed mass and the subsequent increase of high outweighs any possible damage :cheers2:

unless you worry regularly about the THC that you may be damaging with each blow of the mighty scissors, the damage factor inflicted by grinder should be treated similarly
