stoneyest state/province

what do you think is the stoneyest state or province
state- Alaska, everyone smokes in alaska, its even semi-legal in small amounts
Province- British Columbia, i heard like 60% of citizens smoke weed habitually

 

I heard a stat on the radio a couple yrs back that New Hampshire has the highest percentage of pot smokers. Yet they have internal possession laws....

 

yea i heard that two. internal possession sucks, PA, where im from is pretty cool you need alot of pot to have a felony, like ALOT of pot, and around where i acually live cops are cool and dont bother you, unless you go to trenton, those cops are dicks

 

i would of thought colorado or california.

 

BC is probably the most famous place for dope in Canada.

Ontario has a lot of pot smokers though.

 

Minnesota!!!! yea.. i'm reppin'.. what? but seriously.. head around here are the most chilled out and relaxed folks around here.. so many people smoke ganja.. and we're like the 2nd or 3rd state overall for the most frisbee golf courses.. we have over 10,000 places to fish.. or.. 10,000 hockey rinks .. and an ass load of festivals.. and last but definitely not the least important.. we have some FIRE weed

how about stoneier country, USA or Canada
Canada has more percentage but usa probally has more in number. Canada has the prince of pot and Vancover the amsterdam of the western hemsphere(aka as Vansterdam, it has a kick ass nickname) whats usa got.....................california and colorado i guess. cmon americans think of something for our country

 

ontario kicks ass, but bc is better known as it has alot more grow ops and of course, marc emery. always thought the stonyist state was oregan...hm

you know out of all the states.. Maine is probably the one i know the fewest about.. i know some good cold water lobster comes of the coast of Maine.. and though Maine looks like the state that goes the furthest north on a map.. in all actuality.. Minnesota is the northern most state in the continental united states..

 

wow i didnt know that. yeah maine isnt really as popular as the other states. Stephen King lives about 15 min from me though.

 

Montreal! It got a realy GOOD ranking in that site..where they give you info on weed by places...ya know..the site..

 

BC is definitely the stoneyest province, followed by Ontario. I live in Ontario, and I know of 3 grow ops within 5 miles of where I live.

 

you live there and dont know that montreal is a city, not a province, i even know that and i live in usa

good lord..........my state would'nt even rank in a rating like this..........but my good guess would be humboldt county........or the "emerald triangle" i think they call it......but don't quote me on that.
