starting with short hair=better looking dreads?

My hair is about 2 inches right now,and I have started using bronners, not combing,gonna where wool,etc. I want to go natural but I dont want my hair to look really frizzy and nasty,like it looks in the long hair neglect method.Will my hair(once it gets long) end up looking cleaner and better since I have started with short hair?

 

hmm I think you'll have less fat dreadies because the hair won't lock to other hairs which are further away because the hair is short.. maybe?

startinmg with short hair they'll kinda stick out all over and look crazy till they hget enoiugh length and weighy to make em handg down
also they will take lil longrt to lock up (unless ya add a few beads or wraps)
