No? Anarchy does not mean no groups, it means no hierarchies (And to some, it means only no governments). And to get ahead of the game and respond to the inevitable next statement, "But all structures result in hierarchy!" that is a matter of whether or not the idea can work, not whether or not its an anarchist idea.
