why is my head.....

...throbbing?

i've got a killer headache this morning after..... a few friends smoked a lot of a friend's bag last night, but normally i don't feel this groggy in the morning.
bleh.

was it bad weed, or what?

 

You're probably just dehydrated, I always get headaches after a long night of heavy smokin if I don't drink enough water.

 

hm.... thanks for the tip, i never considered it but you're right, i usually drink a lot of tea while i smoke, but last night i was pretty dry.

 

i always carry a bottle of water around when im stoned, which gets refilled often.
id say, a majority of headaches in teh world are from dehydration but the majority of poeple in teh world take water for granted.

when i was younger i was different, but nowadays, i feel if im dehydrated easily and go get water. and water beats msot drinks for quenching thirst (sometiems ill feel like something sweet like juice more)

 

I always keep some kinda drink with me when I smoke. It's crazy not to...
