I have a bottle of this that was prescribed in March. It says one teaspoon by mouth every 12 hours, no other information. There's hydrocodone in it. How much should I drink for a decent vicodin buzz? And is the other drug, Chlorpheniramine, harmful? Should I not use Tussionex Pennkinetic Susp recreationally? Or is the Chlorpheniramine not a big deal? Will cold water extraction still work? Any help or information at all will be appreciated. Oh, and does the fact that it's from march have any significance?
For future reference: 1tsp=10mg hydrocodone extended release Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine, so it potentiates opiates, and it's not that harmful unless it's combined with DXM, and in this syrup it's not.
Dude, Tussionex is my FAVORITE hydrocodone preparation. You can take massive amounts and get a wonderful buzz that lasts forever. Well, not forever, but about 15-25 hours, depending on how much you drink. The last time I drank some of it, I drank 120ml, which is 240mg of hydrocodone polistirex. The fact that it's extended release means you have to drink more of it to feel the same effects. I would suggest starting out with 40-60ml(80-120mg of hydrocodone) for a great buzz.

hahaha he may have been. I'm guessing it was a 60ml bottle, meaning half the bottle would've been 60mg of hydrocodone. In the XR form, I'm not even sure if that's enough to get a strong buzz. I'm sure he was feeling it, but it wasn't anywhere near what it could've been.
