Having viewed the post about opticalmetaphysics' testicles hanging lower than he presumed "normal"... (see http://www.hipforums.com/newforums/showthread.php?t=306609) I got to wondering: How "normal" is it for one testicle to hang lower than the other? My left ball rests about an inch lower than the right one. Does anyone else have this issue*? *I use that term loosely.
It would be highly UNususal for a man's testes to hang symettrically. Obviously, as with everything else with the body, there is a certain degree of individuality, with some showing more of a difference than others, but as a rule the left teticle hangs lower than the right. It is occasionally known for the right testicle to hang lower than the left but, although there is nothing wrong with this, it is very rare. On a similar train of thought, it's a bit like the curvature of the penis. While most will curve slightly upwards at an angle of 45 - 60 degrees to the body when erect, many others remain at 90 degrees, and a few others will curve downward. Now, whilst these vertical curves are very commonplace, it is also very common for it to curve laterally, more often than not also to the left - in fact out of all the men I've been with I've only ever been with one who curved to the right. As it happened, he was also left handed, but whether this really has any bearing on the direction of curvature is doubtful. However, it might be interesteing to know whether or not anyone who is of that rare group whose right testicle hangs lower than the left is also left handed.
