From your statement above, you are admiting that the pictures were created in an attempt to trick people.

Imagine aliens showing up on earth and announcing that they must prove that we're "intelligent" - or they will exterminate us. To prove our intelligence, they require that we land a man on the moon, and return him safely to earth- in 365 days or less. Could we do it?

This was the subject of discussion once at a party I was at, the group being mostly Heinlein fans. One guy was steadfastly insisted that he'd researched the Apollo program and learned that the actual original blueprints were no longer in existence in any form at all, and that we'd have to start totally from scratch.

I'm a bit skeptical of that, but it made for some interesting discussion about how such an endeavor would best be organized.

Oh, I wouldn't be surprised about anything when it comes to the American space program. I think there's more to the moon landings than they've let on, and that it was probably in their best interest to destroy information.

Well given that the Russians tracked the misision, presumably along with every country with radio technology. They must have sent a craft to the moon and landed it otherwise the Russian would have cried foul. I guess its possible that all the radio communication were faked although they would have needed a way to get the people onboard the craft as it feel through teh atmosphere. Whether the pics are real or not, im not sure there are some inconsistancies, whether theres a good reason for them we may never know.

Yep, and they'll be sold at Wal-Mart, with Mission Control outsourced to a call center in Bangalore, India....

ok, look at the top left picture. Read about it. Those slightly lighter spots must be DOMES MADE OF GLASS!!! And a random dark spot must be a control tower!
