Well cmon. First of all, theyre children. So what bigger reason to protest when you are 7 or 9, is lack of tv? We were all like that. But dont think youre reasoning for hating on overly high gas prices are any better than theirs.

Not all of us. I wasn't allowed to watch tv. So I read books, colored, played with my toys, or outside, and would draw.

I think their protest is cute though.

 

Im not against what they are doing, my post is really about having to cut back more and more.

Holy crap, man, I went two years without cable, and I'm telling you, it's torture. Haha, seriously, that's really fucking sad, that's probably the first time those girls have seen sunlight outside of school in years.

 

But I do agree with Cate, I forgot to mention, I probably would've thrown a fit, too. But I had Nickelodeon my whole life, I didn't have cable for the past like two years, but since then I've found the internet, another vice I throw a hissy fit about not having, lol. But hell, if that's what it takes to get little kids putting their foot down, too, then so be it, cuz the adults sure don't seem to be getting much done.
