Was wondering if anyone here uses Med MJ? I'm looking to see if anyone sells their Med MJ to those who would like to try the different strands just to see if it will help out with problems? I'm suffering from major back pains due to scoliosis surgery when I was younger and was wondering what strands might be good for my body. Also, I live in South Carolina and am new to the whole Medical MJ issue. I'm wondering if it's possible to get a local doctor in any of the states that allow Med MJ, outside of my state, to write a script! Is that legal or not?
well, out here someone i know (who shall remain nameless) just today put in her paperwork at the medical MJ clinic. She needed documentation of 2+ doctor visits in the last 3 years, showing evidence of her particular pain injury. she had to pay about $200 for the doc visit and paper work (they are non profit, so its tax deductible! go figure) and $90 for the license goes to the state. she said they were very nice, her limit is 6 plants, only 3 in flower at any given time. as she walked out, several people handed her business cards saying they could give her a clone to get her started. I would already have a license but i dont have past doctor visits within the last 3 years. but, yeah. but according to the NORML site, your state has no medical MJ law, so you should move out here to colorado, or another state with better laws.
I know that for me getting the license would not be a problem at all. I'm even considering going back to the doctor to see if I'm in need of a follow up surgery because my back pain has gotten so bad. I never thought about using Med MJ until the other night watching Super High Me and I was thinking that I could give it a try and see if it helps.
not as far as qualifying, but your state doesn't have medical mj decriminalized " Since 1996, ten states have legalized medical marijuana use: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ME, NV, OR, VT and WA. Eight of the ten did so through the initiative process, Hawaii's law was enacted by the legislature and signed by the governor in 2000, and Vermont's was enacted by the legislature and passed into law without the governor's signature in May 2004." ~http://www.medicalmj.org/ "Patients who possess written documentation from their physician recommending the use of marijuana and are registered with the state and issued an identification card may legally possess no more than two ounces of marijuana or no more than six marijuana plants." ^ colorado if you have a license in colorado, and you get pulled over and searched in another state, their laws for possession apply go to the link below, its for SC, NC has it decriminalized. http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?wtm_view=&Group_ID=4563
You can now finally understand why the west coast is the best coast. 87 percent of the states are in the west. I have a MMC and have (no joke) 5 pot dispensaries within 3 blocks of my house. Do you think i'm loving it? If you said yes, then you're correct. I get the pickins, and i live in SF, CA. Lumberjesus, is the reason for the greenin'.
Imagine walking into any local store in your area and being able to pick up whatever you needed. See! Please never let anyone talk smack about Cali or SF in particular. We're fucking tits! Sorry if it's too hard for some to wrap their heads around. SF is prolly the best frickin place in the US to live, unless someone puts up a good argument for their location and explain why. Thanks Lumberjesus is at recess
North San Diego County i think is better. You get the realativly warm ocean during the summer with great waves, and its only a short drive to LA for the dispensaries.
