Ok, I know some of you may find this hard to believe, but this is what happened. I was taking my nap today- and I had my eyes closed for about 20 minutes or so and I felt like I was not going to be able to get any sleep- but then like right before I know it- I think I ACTUALLY FELT my body falling asleep. It was really a weird experience. It was like I was awake the whole time with my eyes closed and I knew that I was asleep. It was like being awake/asleep at the same time and knowing whats going on. It was almost like I was floating. My heart started beating real fast and stuff.......anyways, has anything like this happened to any of you guys before? Or am I just going crazy?
I've experienced all this before. You feel all this withing a couple of seconds right? Then you're back to normal.
Look up lucid dreaming. I actually managed to have one once and it was awsome even though it was short.
I think as you relax and fall asleep, your mind loses awareness of waking state and body, it lets go of your body allowing your body to run on auto ... it's own intelligence ... naturally. Uninhibited by thought the body and energy body can function freely. Energy flows and healing is possible as our body fully grounds itself. I think on these occasions you've remained awake long enough to realise that you are awake in a sleeping body ... your thoughts have subsided to the point where your body is on its own.
actually, i think i know what you are talking about. A couple days ago i felt really sick like i was gonna puke, and my head killed. so my uncle drove me home from this funeral i was at at the time, and in the car, i closed my eyes, and fell asleep. but the weird thing was, is that i could hear the radio, and the noise, but i was sleeping too. its hard to explain, but i know what your talking about
