should I make pizza or turkey tacos for dinner

turkey...mmm...my sister was able to cook some turkey that almost resembled chicken (in taste, texture, etc)...and put it in some tacos...so turkey tacos make sense.

 

Turkey just has that....hmmm... tangy(?) aftertaste that doesn't seem like it would be good with tacos.

I love turkey, but I don't think I would love it as much covered in hot sauce, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

Chicken tacos are a godsend, however.

I don't eat beef, so I subsitue ground turkey for ground beef. My red meat eating husband loves my turkey tacos.
My secret to making them extra good is to lay a whole lettuce leaf in the shell-covering the whole surface. This way even if the shell cracks you keep your taco intact and don't spill .

mmm turkey....yea, we substitute turkey for beef sometimes. we also get beef too.

but turkey works well
