I had the same problem when I first joined. I think you may need to reach a certain post count before you can edit signatures. After a while an option to 'edit signature' appeared in the User CP. Also, JethBroh, your signature is ridiculously huge!! lol, maybe you could trim it down for easier browsing for everyone. Your sig was larger than the length of all the posts in this thread combined.
oh right thanks for that! i thought it may be because of that, but i wasn't too sure. i searched everywhere. and yeah your sig is rather large!
