Thanks everyone! My hair did all the work though, so props to it.

I'm trying to pull the whole professional approach while still having dreadlocks. It's worked so far, but we'll see.

 

My friends keep asking me to put beads in my hair. I love beads, but I'm not doing it for the vanity. I'd rather keep my hair the way it is.

 

Moar pictures. These were taken recently. Also, my favorite green hat has left me for good. I'm trying to find a replacement hat. In the meantime, I'm wearing a very tight tam underneath a visor to stay professional-looking in my job.
