Prostate problems. or you need a better diet. Is it really necessary to have alot anyway? If you think your having health related problem Id see a DR. If not deal with it. I only had that to happen once. I had done a lot sexually over the previous few days and apparently was out of fluid. I didn't know I guy could have a dry orgasm before that.

Something is obviously very wrong here. It is a serious issue that needs to be atteneded to before anything worse happens. I would ask for a cancer screening at the doctors to check for tumors. I don't mean to scare you, but to install a sense of urgency in getting checked out.
