My gf and i need a birth control method that does not involve messing with her hormones or condoms any ideas? the hormone stuff dosent work for her because she has seziures if her hormones are messed with and i have a issue with latex and finding a nonlatex that fits
well perhaps the copper IUD? I'm all for natural methods but tbh I know a lto of people who tried the natural way of preventing pregnancy and failed. You can check the changes in cervical mucous and temperature to find out when ovulation occurs in conjunction with remembering dates but this doesn't take into account spontaneous ovulation (which happens with some women including myself). I know all this because i cant use hormonal contaceptives for medical reasons.
